Refunds are only processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with proof (such as images), and we will resolve the issue promptly.
